Peakworks Lanyards - Tool Tether Systems

Peakworks Lanyards Features:

• The PeakWorks tool tethering system includes two specially designed lanyards that connect the tool anchor clamp to either the operator or to a suitable anchor point
• The wrist lanyard features a built-in heavy duty adjustable wrist collar on one end and a small carabiner on the other, conveniently tethering the tool to your wrist
• The standard lanyard features two small carabiners designed to connect to the tool anchor clamp and the other end to operator (or a suitable anchor)
• The small carabiner is designed to fit into the molded eye hole built-in to each of the Tool Collar HDPE clamps and is used to tether the tool to your body or to a suitable fixed anchor
• Both lanyards can also be used and mounted to variety of other tools in the market that feature hanging hole openings (ie: adjustable wrenches and pipe wrenches)
• Peakworks lanyards are designed for use with tools with a maximum weight of 15 pounds. Do not exceed this weight limitation.

Tool Tether Systems

• Developed and manufactured in Canada, the Peakworks system offers a unique tool attachment product that provides the strongest, most secure tool anchor clamping mechanism in the market
• The high-strength HDPE clamps can be securely mounted onto a wide variety of flat, hex and round shaped tool bodies, ensuring a powerful and positive tether anchor point
• HDPE materials work in both extreme cold and high heat applications and are very durable and long lasting
• The clamps are secured using high strength fasteners and are easily installed and removed using the hex key wrench provided in the kit
• Unlike traditional heat-tape anchoring systems, our clamps can be reused and/or repositioned at any time – a true cost saving system
• Bonus – Peakworks anchor clamps have been specially designed to prevent tools from falling through commonly used construction site grating (19-4)
• No other tool tethering program offers this added safety feature!
• All Peakworks anchor clamps feature a strong, molded eye hole for quick attachment to/ detachment from wrist or standard lanyards with built-in carabiners
• Currently there are no ANSI or CSA standards for tool tethering systems, however all Peakworks products were subjected to an extreme and rigorous series of tests at CSA’s test lab to ensure maximum peace-of-mind and safety
• All Peakworks anchor clamps are available in individual blister packs or 10 piece bulk packs (5 bulk packs -50 pieces per box)
