Security Pro USA can provide 1-day, 2-day or 3-day specialty seminars built around the customer's mission, facility environment and selected equipment. Training can be delivered at the customer's location or, when a dedicated training environment is preferred, at our affiliated training facility through California Tactical Academy (CTA) in Piru, Ventura County, California.

On-site seminars allow personnel to work with the equipment in the same general environment in which it will be stored, inspected and deployed, while the agency retains control over site access, policy requirements and operating procedures.

Agencies may also elect to conduct their seminar at California Tactical Academy in Piru, Ventura County, California. The CTA environment can support curated specialty programs that require more room for practical exercises, demonstrations and structured equipment familiarization than may be available at a customer's facility.

For correctional and detention customers, seminars can be curated around jail operations, officer protection, equipment deployment, protective formations and the use of specialized riot-control or disturbance-response equipment supplied by Security Pro USA. The emphasis is on proper equipment utilization, familiarization, inspection, limitations and agency-policy-compliant deployment rather than replacing the customer's academy, use-of-force policy or command structure.

Training may be quoted together with an equipment purchase, added as a separate line item to an agency procurement, or arranged after delivery as an implementation and refresher service. Depending on the project, proposals can include instructor time, curriculum preparation, travel, equipment setup, practical exercises, training materials and facility use.

Training does not replace agency policy, required academy instruction, manufacturer instructions, applicable law or an agency's own use-of-force standards. Train-the-trainer authority is not included unless it is specifically authorized and stated in a separate written scope of work. Responsibility for any training later provided by third parties remains with the party conducting that training.
