N-3B Snorkel Parka consists of a Water-Repellent Nylon shell and Heavyweight Interior filling, for the utmost protection from extreme weather conditions.?ÿ The parka features an adjustable hood with artificial wool-fur collar, knit wrist cuffs, drawstring waist for adjustments, and a storm flap above the zipper.?ÿ In addition, N-3B Snorkel Parka has plenty of pockets with button closures and a zippered utility pocket with pen/pencil pockets on the left arm.?ÿ carries a full line of military parkas and outerwear.
