Garner SCAN-1X combines a scanner and reporting software for supported Garner degaussers and PD-5 equipment. It is an identification and reporting accessory, not a media-destruction machine.
Configuration and use
Scan media serial numbers and record processing details such as date, time and operator information in supported workflows. This reduces manual transcription and helps organize destruction records.
Several degaussers and packages already include a SCAN-1X voucher. Check the equipment bill of materials before ordering this accessory separately.
SCAN-1X is not the same configuration as IRONCLAD image capture. Choose the reporting workflow your organization requires and confirm software and scanner compatibility.
