The SecPro Ceramic/Spectra Stand Alone Level III+ Hard Armor Plate is a lightweight rifle plate designed to protect soldiers entering highly volatile environments. Independently tested and verified to meet or exceed ballistic resistance as specified under NIJ Standard-0101.06 plus Special Threats validated, the plate provides protection from light AP rounds including 5.56 x 45 M855. Created from an advanced composite made from ceramic and Spectra, the plate weighs 50% than most plates offering similar protection.
