Cancellation Policy:

Orders that have already been placed and billed will be subject to a cancellation fee of 15%. In order to cancel an order, a cancellation number is necessary. A cancellation number can be obtained by contacting our customer service staff. Shipping Policy: We use UPS and USPS for the delivery of our products. The cost of shipping will depend upon the size, weight, and optional speed delivery of your order. We offer overnight and two-day shipping. If the product ordered is in stock, our customers receive their orders within 5 to 7 business days in Western USA, 7 to 10 business days in Eastern USA. Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped within 6 to 10 business days. Non-stocking and special order equipment can take 4 to 6 weeks, depending on delivery from manufacturers.

Returns & Refunds:

Please contact us via email at Info@SecurityProUSA.com for return authorization number. We cannot accept returns on opened merchandise. All unopened merchandise can be returned within 7 days from the receipt date for exchange or full refund. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returns and are subject to a 7% restocking fee. All Body Armor and Ballistic Items (including blankets, helmets, hard armor plates, etc.) are subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee upon return.
