Warranty: 12-month free-of-charge warranty from the day when customers receive the goods and life-time repair with charge only for components needing to be replaced or changed.
Delivery time: within 10 working days after receiving payment for the goods.
Repair: The customer pays for freight to return our camera back, we repair it and bear freight to send it back to the customer. If there is a component needed to be changed or replaced, the customer pays for this component. We do not charge for man labor repairing the camera.
Calibration: Our cameras do not need annual calibration, yet we can provide it for customers who want, they merely pay for the freight to return cameras to us.
